Happy Flying The next PRA Chapter 73 meeting is on November 8, 2008 and will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Scappoose airport (SPB), at the Sport Copter hangar. A potluck is planned from noon until 1:00pm. Click windsock for directions.
